Treating Kids for Lice

I have a new mom who we just sheared after birth. We need to treat her for lice. Her 2 day old kid has the lice now, too. Can we treat the kid also? I have ivomec pour on available and cylence available. What dosage would we use? 1 cc per 25 pounds for the mom? The kid weighs about 6 pounds.
