help need goat rescue info

I have 3 goats 2 dam raised nigerian dwarfs about a year and a half old and 1 tog bottle fed almost a year old . I have to find them a good home due to having to move . I refuse to just let anyone take them how do I find a GOOD home? I live in the seattle washington area . All 3 are weathers . And do you have any numbers like to 4-h or something like that?
