I am in need of some information about my baby goat, he is 7 days old, and is very weak. when he was born it appears that he did not get his colostum right after birth, when i found him he was barely alive though when i got moma he went right for the teat and sucked, I fed him agian in about 2 hours. now we have to feed him all the time. he will not get up, and is weak, I try to help him stand with my knee, to balance him with, but by himself no luck.since we had to feed him he does have a respatory infection but we are giving him antibiotics for this. he does have quite an appitite, and is always ready to eat off of moma, but when we are at work he doesnt get fed cause he can't get up he does try though. please if any one has any suggestions please e-mail me thanks pamela shelton wa
