Iam new to goats and i just got a pregnant pygmy goat in late december they did not know when she was breed.
My question is off and on for a week now she has had a little white discharge and when she lays down her vagina is open about the size of a half dollar, two days ago she was laing down and appeared to be having contractions and breathing heavy but that only lasted bout an hour .Is this normal or should i be concerned?
how will i know when she is getting close to giving birth?
Her milk sac is pretty large and firm.
