Posted by Girinfo on 13/4/2005, 6:07 pm, in reply to "links" So yeah: Sonar Yen, Transelement, Fi-Lo, The Angels, B-Fab - all make no more sound, whereas we Giri remain, like...er, like the carbon in a pencil whose wood has been consumed by the fires of time- all pristine and untouched in the ashes of our former er...un-ashes. Yes indeed the world does move at a fast pace- but think of us giri as a walking man and the world as an escalator. Right? So the man is like walking to his own pace and thus seems to, no actually he does stay in the middle, rather than going up into er, household goods, or down into the er, er, er, Delicatessen (i think that's the layout in Kendals but I can't quite be sure) so yeah, he keeps moving at a fixed speed and others come and go from below or above, as the escalator does all the work for them - some do try and stick with the man and keep up with his staying in the same place routine, but none lasts the distance. And so there remains the man-pencil carbon-giri-hominid, steady and bold, always moving, always peerless, always walking to his own pace and never, never ever, never ever ever actually going anywhere. xxx
