I would like to contact descendants of William Kemp who had land adjacent to David Mattox (Maddox) in Elbert County. My ancestor Jordan Kemp had a brother by the same name. Since Jordan's wife is the sister of David Mattox, I think circumstantial evidence suggests a kinship.
