Need help finding parentage of Jesse Hamilton Peppers of Auburn, Georgia. He was orpaned at about age 7 and made his way to the farm of Thomas and Nancy Allgood. They took him in and raused him as their own. Eventually Jesse bought their farm and later married and lived in Auburn for the rest of his life. Jesse Hamilton Peppers born: April 20, 1871, married Martha Graham Green on September 5, 1897, died June 20, 1941 in Auburn, Barrow County, GA. - 1880 US Census shows Jesse living with Allgood family and he is shown as no relation.Jesse H. Peppers is buried in the Appalachee Church Cemetery in Auburn. Please help the family find the names of Jesse' parents...
