An ancestor of mine, William Jones, a RWS (I think he was a Capt in the 5th Virginia Regiment) who moved from Campbell County, VA after 1782 to Richmond County (now Columbia County)with his wife, Mary. He had seven children including a son, Rev (Dr) Edward W.(Ned) Jones who was born in 1804 in Columbia County. Ned was married to Lucinda. They moved to TN in 1850 and back to GA (Houston County) in 1859. I am looking for any information about this family.
