My cousin in Walton Co. is trying to preserve a graveyard that was discovered during the excavation for a subdivision several years ago. It contains some of our ancestors' graves and he is collecting money to put up a permanent marker and fence. Family members have donated but he doesn't have enough. Are there societies or historical groups that are willing to help with this sort of thing? Thank you so much.
