My grandfather's original surname was "Parker".
I have had a DNA test and it indicates that I am a Parker. He was adopted by James & Sarah Stewart. They lived in District 243 Jackson, Georgia in the 1880 census. I have tried everything to find the name of the birth parents. I was wondering if there might be a court record that might show the birth parents names. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
