I am interested in any information anyone can give me on Haley Sanford BUTLER born 08 Oct. 1877 and died 17 October 1914 in Elbert County Georgia. He is my great-grandfather and also my brick wall.
The 1860 Elbert County Georgia Census shows his father as J.M. BUTLER and his mother as M.J. BUTLER. I would really like to find out what these initials stand for. I would also like to have any other information you may have on this family.
Any light you can shed on this would be greatly appreciated.
