I looked at the 1900 Fayette County AL census and found that John T Dillard and Hilda M's oldest child Annie was born about 1894 in GA and the next child, Allene was about 1896 in AL. From that it looks like the family moved to AL from GA about 1895 and after their marriage. I found that William C. Dillard born about 1850 GA and his wife Lucinda born about 1850 GA and their family were also living in Fayette County AL in 1900. I went back to the 1880 census and found that William C Dillard born 1850 GA and his wife Lucinda born about 1850 GA were living in Ben Smith District, Gwinnett County Georgia with their children and one child was John T. Dillard list as 11 years old in 1880. Also in Gwinnett County were several families with the Surname of HOOD.
