I also have Thrasher family connections in Alabama, George Thrasher, B: 1755, lived in Wilkes, Franklin and Gwinnett County, GA. His son, George Washington Thrasher, lived in Franklin County, GA, married Alender White in 1817 and migrated to Talladega County, AL about 1850. Their son, Samuel Jackson Thrasher, married Rebecca Rachael Long in GA in 1848 and eventually moved to Morgan County, AL and then to Itawamba County, MS.
