My ancestor John Satterwhite Higginbotham and his 2nd wife Martha Ricks had children Martha (1830-1913) who married Thomas Jefferson Bond; Jerusha Jane (1829-1915) who married James Calloway Campbell; and David B. Higginbotham. David B. was living in 1855 when John Satterwhite Higginbotham's third wife Sarah Lowrimore's Will in Elbert Co. left property to her step-son David B. Higginbotham. What happened to David B.? Martha, Jerusha and David B. born in Green Co., AL but returned to Elbert Co. with their father after Martha Ricks Higginbotham died prior to John Satterwhite Higginbotham's third marriage in 1834.
