Charlene, I just saw your message. My father was also Phillip Franklin Huckabay, He told me that he was named after an uncle. In my genealogy search I found several by the same name. My dad grew up in northern Louisiana around Vivian and Beinville. He and his siblings moved to Jefferson county, Tx where my dad died in 1967. I'll be glad to share what info I have with you and have your info. We're probably kin back there somewhere. Be glad to hear from you. Thanks
