Looking for information on James Wilson Bentley and his wife Mary Ann Adams. James W. Bentley was born abt 1784 (where? SC, GA or VA) He first appears in the 1830 Franklin Co. Census. He is also listed in the 1840 Franklin Co. Census. By 1850, he is deceased and the family is in Habersham Co. Please contact me if you have any information on this family.
