Richard Rafferty and Jane Hardeman . Richard Rafferty born in VA, died about 1797 Oglethorpe County, GA. Where and when were they born and married? Who were his parents? Her father John Hardeman III is said to be connected to Epes family, but Epes family genealogy book by professional genealogist John F.Dorman does not seem to confirm this.
