First off what file format is the pattern in? If it's PDF file then make sure you have the latest PDF viewer from the adobe site. If the PDF still won't open your best bet is to contact the company you bought it from as it may be a defective PDF file they need to do something about. If it's something other than a PDF file format then you may need what ever special viewer is required to open it and the site you bought it from should state what it is and where to get it. Mary
