I need all the help you can give me. First, what is the best (result wise) for mounting your project - the sticky backed mounting boards or lacing your project and pulling it tight? I have just finished Lavander and Laces "The Spirit of Christmas" for my future Daughter-in Law for her birthday at the end of November and I want it be be beautiful. Second, I am trying to frame it myself and and having trouble finding mating with multi layer/colors in the size and colors I want. Will this still look great with NO matting or should I continue to look? If I use NO mat should I use padding under my work, I have always framed with glass so I have never used the padding. Thank you ALL for any help you can give me.
