Hi Pam,
I found it difficult just to find a picture of the Penn State cougars logo, let alone anyone who is selling a pattern!
Excuse my ignorance but I didn't know which sports the Cougars are from. I emailed the person from the site below, but as yet haven't heard back to enquire whether they have or would design a logo for you.

The site below has several patterns for sports logos and I can see 2 Penn cougar logos (under Patterns), however I'm not certain that they are cross stitch patterns (it doesn't seem to say). You may wish to contact the site via email to enquire.
