Hi Zatie,
To do a cross stitch of a real person's photo, you either convert the photo into a pattern using a cross stitch converting programme.
Or else you pay a cross stitch conversion service on the Net to make the pattern for you. I will post some sites below.
(Sorry I cannot recommend any as I've never used them before.)
