Hope you can find Karen and/or she will be able to help you with that information.
I also think that even though you can use a programme, you still have to fiddle with the stitches so that you get a really good result - that's where I don't have neither the time nor patience! LOL
All the best, sounds like a wonderful project you're attempting doing pictures of your dear great-grandchildren.
