Hi Mandy,
You did post here before about this topic, (sorry I cannot help here as I haven't had the same experience).
But perhaps Carrie's earlier response can help. She has also posted on the Message Board recently that the company that bought Dimensions out is closing it down, so it might be a good idea to contact them asap to see if they might replace your threads or refund you?
