Hi Mimi,
A lady called Taneya had a Cross Stitch Magazine Database, this is now hosted by Cyberstitchers.
It had pictures of some of the patterns, but now it only lists the patterns and sometimes the description.
You can do a search here. If you do happen to find the name of the magazine that it came from, please post back and perhaps someone can again help you to track it down.
