Hi Chris, I am Carrie Pieniozek (the owner of this site). My company, Carrie's Creations Inc has been in business for over 10 years. It is an S Corporation in the state of Michigan. My main business is website design (www.behosted.net) and in 1998 I created this website to give away free cross stitch patterns. Cross stitch has always been a huge passion for me. I had my first child in 2004 and am currently expecting in August. To supplement our income and to be able to stay at home with my son, I started partnering with amazon.com, online magazine retailers, etc a few years ago. After that, I decided to move more into having my own "real" online shop, where I personally carry the inventory. I started with leaflets only and currently have a stock of hardcover books which I am currently scanning and typing up info for. I will also be adding DMC floss soon. I started selling on this website a few years ago after having a lot of success on ebay. (If you're interested in seeing my feedback there, my user name is luhmster). Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard and all details are collected on an encrypted secure server. If you live in the US, your order will be shipped via Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Orders are generally shipped the day after they are received (Friday orders are shipped on Monday). Orders are shipped from Brutus, Michigan.
