It's not a secret code, it is her computer not displaying apostrophes correctly. Take out the ' and you can read it. ' is an old way of displaying an apostrophe on web browsers, but is not really valid any more. She's not actually typing that in, she was typing an apostrophe, but her browser is different and displays it differently.
