Are you looking for a certain type of design, perhaps something to coordinate with other decorations in the room (pastels, bold colors, toys, Teddy bears, bunnies, safari)? Is this for a boy or a girl? There are a lot of free patterns with baby and children themes, and there are a lot of patterns you could buy, so if you have some ideas, that will help with the search to help yo find just the right pattern. I don't know of a pattern for you to sew a cover for crib bumper pads; maybe another reader of this message board can help.
