I found a site with free downloads of some Sesame Street characters, but no Count. The patterns are designed for use on plastic canvas, but it should be easy to stitch these patterns in cross stitch: http://www.mountainharmony.com/crafts/mhc_cartoons.htm#mmguys Hope this helps.
