Since foaling is upon us, that means breeding (for next years foalings) is upon us. So I thought we'd start a thread for next years little ones.
My colt will possibly be breeding two mares late this year, but it will actually probably end up early next year. Both mares are foaling quite late (August and Sept) this year, and the owner of one thinks she'd like an earlier baby. The other doesn't want to transport her mare that late in the year (has to be live covered). One is a QH and one is a Egyptian/Russian Arabian (grey).
I also just purchased two inutero foals. Both will be grey, and I'm hoping for fillies. I won't go into much detail.. but I'm expecting SH types. (I won't be upset if they are colts though either.. just prefer fillies :D). One of them has had a full sibling go overseas, the other is a first time crossing that has been anticipated for very long (well the stallion x dam of mare, but it never worked out unfortunately).
