At a tragic time like this the entire nation can and must come together. May everyone lower their heads today in remembrance of those we have lost and those who have been injured at Fort Hood. Let us also pray for the loved ones of those who have been stricken by this terrible thing.
Heavenly Father, we often don't understand why things such as this happen. We ask for your support and understanding during this difficult time. Lift up those who have lost loved ones and bring the wounded to speedy recovery. Give our leaders wisdom and bring them together so that they may find ways to prevent this happening again. Bless everyone in this ministry and guide us so that we may be of help and comfort to those who need us. In Jesus name Amen.
