Good Morning,
May each of you have bleesed day in the Lord.
.................................................
Today's Scriptures: Matthew 12:36,37 (NCV)
And I tell you that on the Judgment Day people will be responsible for every careless thing they have said.
The words you have said will be used to judge you. Some of your words will prove you right, but some of your words will prove you guilty.
.................................................
Do words really matter? Sure they do, and as Christians we have to be very careful to watch what we say. And I can tell you that on the internet we have to really be careful how we type our words and how they come across.
I have found that the best way to do it is if you read something that ruffles your feathers as to speak, is to back off reread it real slow then reread it again. Then pray and meditate upon it for how everlong long it takes for the Holy Spirit to give you a clear understanding as to what is actually being said. There is no rule that says you have to respond immediately.
Another thing I have noticed if you post something on the internet you need to make sure that it encourages and lifts up the body of Christ.
Yes words really do matter and my prayers is that I will be extra careful how I use the words that I post in the future. May they be encouraging and upifting to all that read them.
Prayerfully Yours,
Brother Lester
They spent their time learning the apostles' teaching, sharing, breaking bread, and praying together.
