That is a wonderful story and a great example for the young man to follow.
Reminds me of "Old Blue" my old pickup. Bought her new a long time ago and have taken good care of her ever since. She isn't as pretty to look at any more but she's served me well. She doesn't cost me a dime other than a little gas and insurance for the occasional dump run, hauling yard debris and of course fishing.
You keep wrenching away on that old tractor Brother. My guess is when your Grandson gets it, there will be too big of a piece of you in it to ever part with.
