Depending on how many people want to be listed, I could print a hard copy and mail it out if those in the booklet would cover the postage for their own list. I have plenty of ink and paper so that would not be a concern. Information could be sent to me via the contact page on my webpage listed below. I would have to put an end date to the gathering of information so I would be able to publish a finished list.
