Question 1: Would you like to see faster growth here, or is it OK the way it is?
A garden takes time to blossom and mature, you can try forcing it to grow by using artificial fertilizers but I prefer to let nature take it's own sweet time.
I think it's just right, if I didn't have to look for the password I wouldn't have read the guidelines. I never read instructions and it's often my downfall.
As things aren't too busy at the moment, perhaps a little more flexibility in terms of time to write a continuation? I know you can be flexible Karen especially when you bend over 
There wasn't an answer to say the guideline were fine so I had to say something.
How can one improve on perfection? To me you're perfect but then I'm told love is blind
