Posted by Karen on 3/23/2002, 4:05 pm Of course, should people have trouble and write me, it's not like I'm going to give out the password without some consideration. If some unknown person were to email me and say something like: "I'm a smoke fetisher and I got the letters I, T, P, U, G and L. Please send me the password immediately." I don't think that would cut it. A real smoking fetish person would probably be able to see it in the letters, as many of you have. But let's say that their English is not very good and I know them already: "Hi Karen. Do you remember of me? The time... That would warrant consideration, fersure. As far as the picture goes, and just to tell everyone about it, I did my best with it but I'm not very good with photoshop. Thomas is good, of course (and I don't mean just with Photoshop!), so I asked him if he wanted to help. Poor Thomas is obviously very pressed for private time on his computer right now, and that kind of stuff requires a lot of concentration and attention to detail. I think he is wondering if there is anyone else who might be willing to work on the header picture and improve it. Anyone interested ? We can also change it, too. But I though the book and cigarette and depictions of people chatting and smoking and sharing stories was appropriate. Vesperae provided the lovely picture of the mysterious woman smiling at the book while smoking, and I threw in the others. It's just an idea. Of course, the real magic of this place is in the posts from all of you and the wonderful stories
Great that you are here, Thomas! And thanks for your comments about passwords. My main reason for making the password into a treasure hunt was to assure that only people who had looked at the special sections would be eligible to come in. The ability to solve anagrams ought not to be a prerequisite, and I know some people have trouble with that, so I want to be fair.
...I want to read your board but can't the puzzle solve. Have letters I, T, P, U, G, L. It is nice place, the SFIS. Nice people and nice fun. Can help you me solve puzzle? Thank you."
