Thank you, Vesperae! This was a beautiful piece, and I loved the evocation of the senses and the visual detail and the little touches of realism that extend from the titled bubble gum flavored lip gloss all the way to the slightly chewed caps of the plastic pens. But, the prose goes even further with the provocative little phrase: "...now softly upturned in a contented smile..."
