I believe that my great grandfather and your grandfather were brothers. Mine came from Italy before Ellis Island from Italy. His name was Emauel di Giano Canuti. His wife was Ida Lanzi Canuti. They settled in Pittsburgh some time around/before the turn of the century.
I have a candidate handout for Frank F. Canuti from the republican primaries Sept. 20, 1927 for Judge of the common pleas court of Allegeny Counry, PA.
It says that he lived in Oakmont after living 27 years in Pittsburgh.. Could this be the same Frank F. Canuti???
