Hector McNeil and Mary Campbell had their daughter Mary McNeil bapt at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Glace Bay on the 8th of April, 1883. She was born on the 7th of April 1883. If you look at the census return of 1901 you will see that the birth date matches. I believe that this is your Hector McNeil and Annie Campbell.
