Just got around to updating the discography section of the website (see: http://www.geocities.com/eskew_reeder/discog.htm)
where I've added a few CDs that have some of the Minit, Instant, and Crosstone numbers. The Charly CD ("I never danced nowhere" - see discog.) remains the best source for 60's stuff on CD, but it seems to be almost impossible to find these days (so much great stuff on Charly that should be reissued...). So far as I know, the Brunswick, Okeh, and Everest material have never appeared on CD.
