I paid two proof deposits at a show and received only one set - photo "forgot" to shoot the second pictures - you had to sign up prior to class - I ordered pictures and paid in full and photog will not return my call, emails or send refund or pictures as promised - stated order would arrive in 6-8 weeks, five months later no pictures...is it time to take legal action??
