I really don't know where to send you, but I know that most would charge a major premium to give up ownership of the copyright, 3x 10x or 100x the regular photo rate. This all depends on where the photo will be used. If it is for personal copies, then you are giving up the $$$ from print sales in the future. If it is for a publication you are giving up much more.
