I am just starting off as a true equine photographer. I would love to learn tips and tricks from a pro before going out on my own. I have a pretty good (although not a pro) camera and a very good eye for beauty. I have been photgraphing horses, among other things, for 10 years now. I have 3 (going on 4) semesters of college level photography under my belt. I also have a very good working knowledge of Photoshop. I have ridden, worked with, and been around horses all of my life. I specifically have been around hunters and jumpers, but I have a good deal of knowledge in all of the disciplines. I am a very hard worker, easy go get along with, good natured, and have a strong desire to learn. If anyone would like to see any of the picture I have already taken, or any of my digital touch-ups, I'll be more than happy to e-mail them to you. You can also view a few I have taken of one of my horses at www.geocities.com/huntjump211/apache.html. I will also have my portfolio posted at www.geocities.com/huntjump211/photos.html by Sept. 10. I live in the Scottsdale, AZ area, but I am willing to travel to a certain extent. As of now, I'm only in school 2 days a week, so I have a lot of spare time on my hands. Anyone interested can either reply to this post or e-mail me at huntjump00211@aol.com. I'd really appreciate any knowledge I can get! Thanks a lot!
