Your best choice is to use a flash with 400 or 800 speed film, then your pictures will be fine. Why can't you use one? Without a flash, you have to be shooting at minimum 1/500 sec. or faster to catch the action, very difficult in fading light. Every fuzzy picture is a waste of film, time and money, and cuts into your profit margin, so to prevent that, use a flash.
