Hi Sue,
Just wanted to let you know that I'm doing well on WW...I'm down 15
pounds total and going strong. I finally got my gazelle and have
been working out on it everyday...it's really fun..I love it. WW
is going great...I am not limited in my choices, just slightly limited
on my portion sizes...which I'm learning to deal with. It's great though... every night I've had a serving of chocolate (fat free) frozen yogurt...it's so yummy and it curbs my appetite for more sinful
things. I also have been having a serving of those baked lay's chips once and awhile.....they are also yummy and so much better for you than the regular ones. I have been eating more often which I think is
really helping things. I have been taking a small lunch or snack to
work with me at night. I don't think I was spreading out my food as
much before and that often led to that "starving, low blood sugar" feeling. I haven't had that once since I've started WW. If you don't eat enough or often enough..your body thinks it's starving and it holds on to those extra pounds.
It sounds like you are doing well too. I'm sorry the weight isn't coming off faster...but I'm sure it will in time..your body just has
to get used to it's new lifestyle. I lost 7 on Atkin's in the first
week...and now I've lost 8 pounds in four weeks on WW. The WW weight
loss is a little slower..but ...slower is better because you are more
apt to keep the weight off. Well..I'm pooped..I had a hard night at
work and my side is hurting..I best be getting to bed. Before I go to
bed though..I'm mixing up a chicken stroganoff recipe from WW..(a
slow cooker recipe)..it sounds really good and point friendly too.
Ok..I best be going..
