I just have a minute, have to sign off, but wanted you to know I read your post and am thinking of you! Great Job!!!!!!! Isn't it WONDERFUL to see the numbers on the scale go that direction!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!! I am VERY EXCITED about it. Don't you feel better for having resisted those treats at work! Just think of the true pay off, how much better you will feel as the weight comes off
