

Posted by MN~Sue on 3/11/2005, 1:28 pm, in reply to "Day 4" 10:30 am – (left-over) 1 polish sausage, 1 egg scrambled (non-stick pan, no grease), 8 oz tomato juice. 2:15 pm – Want to walk on treadmill, so thought it would be a good idea to have a snack at this time with some carbs and also a little protein to try to keep blood sugar stable. 1 calcium chew Showered to help warm muscles before walking 3:10 – 3:50 – Treadmill, 40 min., 1.5 miles (2.4 mph), includes w/u and c/d Bubble gum 7:00 pm – Roast beef sandwich on 10 grain bread, 1 slice low fat white cheese, mayo, 1 can green beans, 1 kiwi 1 calcium chew 8:00 pm – 1 snack bag kettle corn 94% fat free (130 calories) water: 3 glasses Notes: I was having a hungrier evening tonight for the first time since starting to diet.
Day 8, Thursday, 3/10
1 piece 10 grain bread toasted, w/peanut butter, 1 pear, 8 oz skim milk
