I went grocery shopping after the lab work, so it got to be a late 'breakfast.' 12:30 pm - 1/2 turkey ham sandwich on 10 grain bread, low fat slice of (processed) swiss cheese, spinach leaves, mayo, honey mustard, 1 pear 4:25-5:05 pm - Treadmill 1.4 miles. (40 minutes, which includes warm-up and cool-down pace). 6:30 pm - 2 small Flounder filets w/lemon garlic sauce (180 cal), frozen steamed mixed veg (broccoli, beans, onion, mushroom, red pepper), spinach salad with 1/2 avocado, 4 oz of red wine. 1 calcium chew with dinner 12:00 am - mixed nuts (walnuts, hazel, almond, pistachio) 170 calories Water: 3 glasses?
