The book is excellent..there is a section on each of the 4 blood types. It tells how the certain foods we eat is either good or bad for our bodies. 4 Blood Types, 4 Diets....EAT RIGHT FOUR YOUR TYPE.
I have leveled off to 30 lbs. and staying there. I now would like to have more drop off since I know I am okay..LOL!!
Shelly was going to Weight Watchers before Cody got sick and was doing so well. Now she can't control her eating, a person has to be ready to lose weight, no matter what diet they try.
Shelly has gained 50 lbs. since Cody got sick..
