Still have pounds to go, but it feels sooooooo good to be able to say "I'm 25 pounds less than I was on January 1st". How have I done it? What I wish I'd do more of......EXERCISE. Can you imagine how much less I'd weigh if I'd just walk, or ride a bike? A Slimmer me in '03,

NO WHITE BREAD, NO WHITE RICE, NO POTATO
I eat my carbs alone (or with veggies).
I eat protein and veggies.
I eat fruit 1 hour before a meal (if I'm going to have fruit).
I eat cheese, meats, veggies, whole-wheat, to my hearts content.
I don't feel hungry or get the shakes anymore.
and... I eat sugar-free ice cream (made by Blue Bunny)
and sugar-free chocalates (made by Russell Stovers, available at Walmart)
, and I don't feel like I'm limiting myself.
