Cutting sugar out will definately help lower your caloric intake. You should see weight loss. My youngest son has recently (2 weeks) cut out all breads and white rice from his diet. His weight is dropping at a nice pace. Being young, his metabolism is faster and helping things. Keep up the good work Gloria, you don't need that sugar.... you're sweet enough ! A Slimmer Me in '03,
